The Silent Killer Series

Parasites The War With-In

This long awaited article, on a subject of critical importance, was difficult because I didn’t know what to call/title it. I usually avoid the dramatic titles because I dislike appealing to ones emotions, creating fear, as a way to gain compliance. This is not my style of communicating and I disdain it as a poor marketing ploy. So why the Silent Killer stuff, and why do I title this article on Parasites, The War With-In?

Silent Killers

Silent Killer, well did I get you attention? Exactly, well that’s good.

Facts, as surely as we are born, we will die, and there are certain organisms that will gladly help along that road. They will out right kill you or most certainly assist in your sickness/death process. As such parasites are killers. Often silent for years till a symptom arises and sometimes just to damn late.

As a Doctor I have only two concerns;

1.Your Health and Well-Being and

2. My reputation and doctoring ability...

My job is to keep you healthy, as long as possible, so you can live long and prosper. If I fail to communicate, am silent about what I know and do, and you suffer, then I be a Bad Doctor and should be fired. So Silent Killers it is.

Now the title of this article, Parasites the War Within.

How About, A Cesspool at War, Bugged Out, What’s Bugging Me, Me and My Little Buddy’s, Who am I Taking to Dinner, What’s Eating Me, or Who Did I Bring to Dinner?,  Ha! Ha!  Funny for now, but not for long.

Oh! I better stop, I’m cracking myself up again;

You see sometimes I am my own best entertainment.

Hopefully you have read the Patient Orientation article and already know the seven stressors as defined. If not get it from my office. Let’s review.

Stressors are defined by their affect on your autonomic nervous system (ANS). The ANS controls, coordinates, and regulates your total function. You relate internally and externally by way of this system.  So the seven stressors are:

Cranial and or Cervical Subluxations.

Scar tissue.

Organisms: Fungus, mold, yeast, bacteria, virus, and or parasites.

Environmental Toxins: Metal and or Chemicals.

Food and Environmental Allergens.

Electro Magnetic Fields.

Vaccine Reactions. (vaccinosis)

Parasites are defined as an organism that lives off the host, you or me. The parasite lives a parallel life inside our bodies, feeding off our own energy, our own cells (US), or food we eat.

There are 100’s of parasites defined as four types:

Small organism size. Protozoa and Ameba.

Flat worms or Flukes also called Trematodes..

Worms or Tapeworms also called Cestodes.

Worms or Hookworms also called Nematodes.

Parasites range in size from micro cellular to 30 feet long. We can be infested and infected by multiple types and be the host for 10’s of thousands of them at one time. They can lay up to 200,000 eggs a day. Now the bad, bad, news, they are NOT always contained inside the bowels. Some can  bore and can be found in the organs, connective tissues, bones / joints, and the brain and nervous system. Parasites not only can be digesting you but also produce and excrete waste products and toxins. They can steal your best nutrients, eat you and poison you at the same time.

Whoa!  Such a Deal,  I Think We should kill them……

Oh, I almost forgot, We don’t have a parasite problem in the good ole USA. Really no need to be educated or concerned, its all good, under control, no worries.

Dr. J says What?   They Must be crazy!!!

What do the experts say about parasitic infestation in the USA.

“In terms of numbers there are more parasitic infections acquired in this country than in Africa” (Dr. Frank Nova, Chief of the Laboratory for Parasitic Diseases of the National Institute of Health)

“We have a tremendous parasite problem right here in the US., it is just not being addressed.” (Dr. Peter Wina, Chief of the Patho-Biology in the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research)

“I believe the single most un-diagnosed health challenge in the history of the human race is parasites.  I realize that is a pretty brave statement, but it is based on my 20 years of experience with more than 20,000 patients. (Dr. Ross Anderson, Infectious Disease Specialist)

How Can You be Infected?

One famous doctor sums it up well. Dr. Zoltan Rona, writes “The incident of parasitic disease in North America is skyrocketing because of the increased international travel, contamination of water and food supplies and the overuse of chemicals, mercury and prescription antibiotics. Tapeworms, hookworms, and a long list of ameoba are far more common in the North American population than conventional medical experts have led the population to believe. Parasites are found in the highest concentrations in commercial pork products (bacon, ham, hot dogs, cold cut, and pork chops) beef, chicken, lamb, and even fish are contaminated.”

We are exposed to parasites from domestic pets, farm animals, and the bites and stings from insects. We are also exposed to parasites from the infected population.

The incident of infection is of course difficult to determine. Some estimate the infectous rate in the USA as high as 85 to 95% . Clinically, in my practice I see a 15 to 20% infectous rate.

Common Symptoms of Parasites in Humans

Constipation: Some of the larger worms can physically obstruct certan organs. Both the small and large intestines can become obstructed. Parasites can further obstruct the gall bladder duct causing pain and digestive problems.

Diarrhea: Certain parasites produce a prostagland which creates a sodium and chloride loss that leads to frequent watery stools.

Gas and Bloating: Some parasites live in the upper intestinal track where the inflamation they produce causes both gas and bloating.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome: Parasites can irritate, inflame, and coat the intestinal cell wall, leading to a variety of gastrointestinal symptoms and cause inadequate absorption of vital nutrients.

Joint, Muscle Aches and Pains: Parasites are known to migrate to encyst (become enclosed in a sac) in joint fluids. Worms can encyst in muscles and connective tissues mimicking the symptoms of arthritis.

Anemia: Some intestinal worms attach themselves to the mucosal lining of the intestines and then rob vital nutrients from the human host. If they are present in large numbers, they can create enough blood loss to cause a type of anemia.

Allergy: Parasites can irritate and perforate the lining of the intestine, increasing bowel permeability to large undigested molecules. This can activate the body’s immune system response to produce increased levels of eosinophiles, one type of the body’s fighters cells. The eosinophiles can inflame body tissues, resulting in an allergic reaction.

Skin Conditions: Intestinal worms can cause hives, rashes, weeping eczema, and other allergic-type skin reactions. Cutaneous ulcers, swelling and sores, itchy dermatitis, and a number of types of lesions can all result from protozoan parasite invasion.

Nervousness: Parasitic metabolic wastes and toxic substances can serve as irritants to the central nervous system causing restlessness and anxiety.

Chronic Fatigue: Chronic fatigue symptoms include tiredness, flu like complaints, apathy, depression, impaired concentration and memory problems. These physical, mental and emotional complaints can be caused by parasites which facilitate malnutrition.

Immune System Dysfunctions: Parasites depress immune system functioning by decreasing the secretion of immunoglobulin A(IgA). Their presence continuously stimulates the immune system and this response can exhaust this vital defense system, leaving the host susceptible to secondary infections from bacterial and virus.

Toxic Overload: Parasitic toxic excretions cause increased stress on the liver and kidneys to oxidize reduce and excrete these poisons. This increase in systemic toxicity can cause a myriad of complex conditions and symptoms.

Conclusion

So now we have some facts about Parasites and their ability to devastate one’s health. I hope you didn’t lose your lunch while reading this article. If you want to see some great parasite pictures let me know.

My next article will be on how we KILL THEM.
Or Forget Shock and Awe.
Death and Destruction Works...   SO STAY TUNED.
